Each piece we create or curate is made with care – but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent refund process.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund or return requests only if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 2 days of receiving it.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.

3. Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through:

• Original payment method (if applicable)

• bKash/Nagad refund

• Or store credit (upon customer request)

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer product exchanges only for the same or similar item (if available in stock).
If the replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund or issue store credit.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Custom furniture or made-to-order products

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items

• Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

6. Delivery & Return Shipping

• If the product is defective or incorrect, Imsana Lifestyle will cover the return shipping cost.

• If you wish to return for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
