1. Shipping Information

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver nationwide across Bangladesh.
International shipping will be available soon.

Delivery Time

• In-stock products: 2–5 business days (within Dhaka), 3-5 days (outside Dhaka)

• Custom-made or pre-order items: 5-30 business days, depending on the design and production timeline.

You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is placed, followed by updates when it’s shipped.

Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳50–৳300 (depending on item size and weight)

• Outside Dhaka: ৳150–৳500 (courier-based)

• Free delivery may apply during promotions or for selected orders.

Although our brand store is coming soon, you can currently pick up your order from:

2. Return Policy

We want you to love every Imsana product – but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions

You can return your product if:

• You received the wrong or damaged item.

• The product is unused and in its original packaging.

• You contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Return Process

2. Share photos of the issue (if applicable).

3. Our team will arrange for return pickup or courier drop-off instructions.

Once inspected, you’ll be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit (based on availability and preference).

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a mistake or defect, we’ll cover the return cost.

• For personal preference returns (e.g., color change, design change), the customer bears the return cost.

3. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number or courier link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
